How I Work
Research
Research
Before briefing any creative, I map how real people talk about the problem, not how the brand does. I mine Reddit, reviews, TikTok comments and X to extract real language, real pain points and real purchase triggers. From there I build micro-personas with 3 layers: who they are, why they buy, and how they consume content. Every persona gets mapped to a funnel stage using the TEEP framework so the creative hits at the right moment with the right message.
Andromeda Strategy
Under Meta's Andromeda algorithm, sameness is invisible. Ads that look alike in the first 3 seconds share the same Entity ID, which means the algorithm treats them as one ad, not ten. My approach to fight creative fatigue: every concept starts from a genuinely different visual format, a different entry point, a different first 3 seconds. I actively pull from diverse format references to ensure each creative has the potential to reach a new audience segment.
Iteration
After every creative cycle I analyze what worked and what did not, block by block. I use Gemini to analyze the full ad alongside the metrics, then separate findings into what to keep, what to cut and what to test next. Every new brief is informed by the previous round. This is how performance compounds over time.

You can probably imagine how obsessed I am with what I do.

I've worked with 15+ brands across Europe and the US. Skincare, beauty, home products, supplements, corporate gifting. My process is fully immersive. I don't just research the consumer, I think like them, feel the problem they have, and build from there.

I've been on the other side too. I ran my own digital course training UGC creators from scratch. Positioning, monetization, the whole thing. And since I put my own money into ads, I know exactly what it feels like to spend on something that doesn't convert. Trust me on that one.

2025 and 2026 were my turning point. AI showed up, the game changed, and I've been adapting every single week. The crazy part? It only makes me want to do more, test more, grow more.
